Railwaypatient Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast one responds, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get the estimate in writing.
