Every homeowner who reaches out to Railwaypatient Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If the trouble is with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Railwaypatient Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If you are worried about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Pennsylvania.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
